Kuni Collision Center has an opportunity for an Apprentice Technician to become part of the Holman Family! The Apprentice Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles under the supervision of a Service Technician and for doing work quickly, but correctly. The Apprentice Technicians quality of work directly influences customer satisfaction, loyalty, and departmental profits. You will also Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of the product, including how to repair and maintain the product. Obtain manufacturer training and/or (ASE) certification as determined necessary by the Service Manager. Properly maintain tools and equipment when performing service work and follow correct safety practices. Organize work and work efficiently, especially when moving cars or obtaining parts. Accurately identify and list the conditions, cause and remedy (CCR) on the repair orders Strive to complete all repairs correctly the first time, thereby avoiding comebacks. Communicate with the Service Advisor when a job is started, interrupted or finished. Technician Qualifications: Automotive technical experience and/or technical school program experience required Automotive manufacturer training preferred, but not required High school diploma or the equivalent Valid drivers license and a good driving record All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment requirements including background checks, DMV, and drug screening Benefits at Holman Automotive Group include an outstanding compensation plan, paid time off, available 401(k), medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, and employee vehicle purchase program.
