    Job Description

    Infinity is an award-winning inside sales and service agency that helps admired brands GET CUSTOMERS AND KEEP CUSTOMERS. We were established in 1996 and today we have two US facilities located in Cedar Rapids, IA and Bingham Farm, MI.

    We employ more than 150 sales and service professionals that represent our clients, who are well-known brands in the logistics, automotive, software, digital and financial services industries. As an Account Executive at Infinity, you will represent one of the largest brands in the world by selling products and services to their customers.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO • Responsible for outbound calls using a provided lead list • Build and manage a sales pipeline • Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers • Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs
