We’re growing fast and looking for WORLD CLASS - JUNIOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who are eager to build meaningful client partnerships, grow their portfolios, and make an impact in the recycling and sustainability industry.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

Spend 70% of your time in the field, visiting customer sites, walking warehouse environments, and building connections

Spend 30% of your time in-office, handling quotes, pipeline management, and reporting

Create and send proposals and pricing quotes

Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings

Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports and client updates

Meet and track monthly sales quotas

Represent California Recyclers with professionalism and purpose

Help clients improve their environmental impact — and their bottom line

🔍 What We’re Looking For

1+ year of sales experience, ideally B2B or territory-based

Reliable transportation and comfort with daily travel

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

A passion for sustainability, recycling, or environmental solutions

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused

Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

Team player

Detail oriented

Proactive attitude

Problem solving mindset

📊 What Success Looks Like

50+ outbound calls/day to prospects and current clients

10–20 quotes sent/week

5–10 in-person or virtual meetings/week

Accurate and timely end-of-day and end-of-month reporting

Achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas

Territory management, door-to-door prospecting, and securing new accounts
