Assures correct assignment of medical records numbers, retrieves medical records, collects birth certificate information, sorts and files reports. Updates record deficiency information and maintains microfilm area.

Required Experience

WORK EXPERIENCE:

 One year experience Health Information Management or related work experience to include hospital/clinic/physician medical billing/insurance office.
