Korean/English Bilingual Customer Associate in NYC
As a Front Staff Customer Associate, you would be at the heart of our company's business operations.
You will be acquiring customer service and marketing skills as well as first-hand experience in a top-rated Eyelash Extensions Beauty Industry.
As an ideal candidate for the position, you are able to assess the needs of clients and you are ready to work as a team to address arising issues.
You respond and adapt well to the changing needs of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You remain organized at all times and exercise good judgment and excellent communication skills when working with staff or servicing clients.

Responsibilities:
Meet, greet, and check-in clients.
Book client appointments, manage schedules and provide clerical support.
Collaborate with lash artists.
Be ready to translate recommendations made by lash artists to clients.
Handle incoming phone calls.
Document client requests.
Working Korean Proficiency and English Fluency a MUST
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Readiness to be the face of the company by putting forward a professional and positive attitude.
Reliable, team player able to work 3-5 days a week.
Previous customer service experience a PLUS.
Interest in marketing and/or beauty industry a PLUS.
Ability to learn and utilize company software system.
