_ In home selling exterior windows, decking, roofs, and siding_

Krueger Brothers Provides:

· Market-leading compensation

· Company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop

· This is a W2 position – not a subcontractor

· $35k Base Salary plus commissions

· A competitive 401(k) retirement savings program.

· Proven income range for a good salesman currently $80,000 TO $150,000 /year

Requirements: To Be Hired

1. Submit a detailed resume.

· Construction experience (desirable, but not required)

· In Home Sales experience or equivalent experience

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Team player with autonomous work experience (self starter).

· Sales oriented, customer focused with excellent soft skills.

· Strong problem solving, closing, and analytical abilities.

· Ability to learn and consistently follow a well-designed sales process

· Ability to listen and understand where another person is coming from.

· Ability to ask for the purchase and be pleasantly persistent to ensure that a proposal is accepted

· Basic computer software skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Pipedrive etc.)

· Ability to work on multiple clients and projects while keeping all of the details straight
