THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION (20 HOURS A WEEK)
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision of the Sub360 Director, the Sub360 Account Specialist is responsible for compiling data on substitute teachers’ service needs and marketing projections. This position works closely with members of various departments to communicate with clients, monitor contract completion, track invoices and report on accounts receivables.

Daily Tasks
Works closely with the Sub360 Director and Finance and Accounting to keep track of all contracts, invoices and payments
Works in collaboration with the Sub360 Director to keep track of the completion of contracts and projects staffing needs
Works collaboratively with the Substitute Director to create systems that monitor and ensure client satisfaction
Keeps track of client data, protocols and processes
Assists in the preparation of program reports
Coordinates the development of marketing collateral for the Substitute services to continuously adjust marketing strategies
Researches and compares new trends, services and opportunities for substitute teachers’ contracts and services
Collaborates with the Sub360 Team to continue developing the program
Physical Duties
May be expected to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
May require some evenings and/or weekends

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Advanced understanding of quality standards and best practices in the field of early education
Expert practices in using data to plan and report
Must be decisive with excellent customer service skills
Advanced project and time management skills to meet deadlines and project outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Comfortable using and facilitating virtual meetings in different platforms, such as, Teams, Skype and Zoom
Candidates must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic with ability to coordinate assigned tasks with other staff members.
At least 5 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education or Career Counseling
Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred. 5+ years’ experience working in early childhood or education programs, and/or 3+ years of progressively responsible project planning and organizational experience required.
Language proficiency required/preferred: English required/ Spanish preferred
