Activities will include, but are not limited to; staging / installation / maintenance of equipment such as PCs, wireless devices and peripherals, performance testing / tuning of equipment and operating systems, creation / maintenance of user accounts, administration and troubleshooting of wireless devices, and documentation of technical solutions. Monitoring Desktop Services task queue and handles/ triages calls to work through resolutions or assign to appropriate group. Requirements 0-3 year experience in IT, including Microsoft Office, Project, Visio and Adobe products Must be currently enrolled in school or recent graduate Detailed oriented with strong organization and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication U.S Citizen Ability to obtain secuirty clearance Preferred Associates Degree
