You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions • Help expand and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly
