Electrician Apprentice- Solar Craft Hazlehurst, GA The Southern Region is currently hiring Electrician Apprentices. The Electrician Apprentice is essential and assists the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of solar construction projects. Key Responsibilities * Prefabricate conduit and wire, install * Able to lead crews up to 5-10 trade professionals * Supervises foreman and their crews within their specific area or portion of the project * Install PVC raceway * Pull and terminate aluminum direct bury wire * Connect and support DC wire * Install electrical enclosures * Unload and stage material Qualifications * First to fourth years * Solar experience preferred but not required * Must have a tape measure, level, and side cutting pliers(Linemans) * General knowledge of construction principles/processes required * Proven commitment to Safety and building relationships in a team setting * Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used on construction projects * Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule * Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency * Minimum age 18 * Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization McCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, marital status, genetic information, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
