Education : Less Than High School Description : Miele USAMiele, Inc., Princeton, NJ seeks Professional Equipment Technical Trainers - Train personnel on Miele medical/dental disinfectors using following software and tools: MDU Optical Interface used to connect technician laptops to machines for troubleshooting hardware and software, downloading machine data, uploading software programs, changing software parameters, and customizing software for unique applications; LMS Training Course Development Software used to develop, assign, monitor and maintain Miele online training courses; IQ/OQ testing documentation and tools to perform installation and operational qualifications of installed equipment and MMSKD used for verification temperature graphing. Develop, implement and train peers and contractors on Miele professional equipment installation and service techniques. Research and develop training programs for efficient delivery, installation and servicing of existing and future product lines. Assist in developing training videos as well as both classroom and on-line training presentations. Keep abreast of Miele technical changes, equipment modifications and procedural changes to ensure up-to-date training information is provided. Requires two (2) yrs. of experience in the Job Offered or Related Occupation. Experience must have included at least two (2) yrs. in each of the following: Experience must have been gained within the medical device industry specifically; Performance of qualification procedures to ensure cleaning process and programs including appropriate use of application specific mobile units, baskets and inserts; Performance of monitoring and registration of products and instrument processing, handling and care; Training company personnel and/or customers on the installation, operation and maintenance of medical devices to meet cGMP requirements; Perform operational tests to ensure proper installation and operation of medical devices; Diagnose equipment failures and recommend corrections to maintenance crews or operators.
