Qualifications
AS A MORTON BUILDINGS INTERN, YOU WILL:
- Learn the basic Morton Buildings post frame building structure via AutoCAD detailing
- Assess revenue to budget performance by individual and location.
- Involvement with monthly and quarterly review of Estimator production performance.
- Participate in weekly construction estimator meetings.
- Assist in scheduling and directing resources to timely Bill of Material production.
- Draft communications and presentations to construction estimators.
- Run and analyze daily/weekly/monthly estimator production data.
- Analyze and determine capacity and demand for staffing forecasting requirements.
- Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned.

- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
- Must be a highly motivated with the ability to meet daily deadlines.

- Able to work independently, as well as able to work well in a team setting.
- Service minded with excellent communication and solid documentation skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Targeted Graduation date during the 2020/2021 school year or students completing schooling at the end of 2019/2020 but still needing to satisfy an internship requirement.
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
Additional Information
This is a paid hourly position that will start in early June 2020 and conclude mid-August 2020.
