Radiance is seeking an EO/IR/RF Signature Engineer who will advance signature analysis and capabilities of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. This EO/IR/RF Signature Engineer will aid in the development of R&D tools and techniques related to signature generation, data analysis, exploitation, and dissemination.

JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and implement algorithms associated with EO/IR/RF phenomenologies
• Generate EO/IR/RF signatures using COTS and FOSS software packages
• Provide input to analysis reports and briefings
• Produce reports on algorithm and tool development/enhancement

Required Skills

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages Python, Matlab, C++
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Required Experience

• Experience and understanding of EO/IR/RF signature phenomenologies specific to passive and/or active remote sensing applications
• BS in Physics, Engineering, or related discipline

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MS in Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
• Knowledge with Xpatch and/or SENTRi electromagnetic simulation packages
• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages Python, Matlab, C++
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
