This new initiative helps our customers gain greater value from Netskope and accelerates their success by providing them with relevant & effective education on our products and security space. Most of your energy will be spent on building self-paced learning. Role Responsibilities: - Develop content for e-learning materials based on a predefined project plan and design - Partner effectively with other departments and regions to develop a comprehensive curriculum that will develop the necessary product-related skills that drive customer adoption - Work with internal SMEs to become an expert and maintain expert-level skills on our products and business - Assist in creating certification exams - 25% of the time will be spent working on LMS administration. Required Capabilities and Skills: - 2+ years of experience in a content development role or similar. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated experience developing content for eLearning programs while working in cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders in a technical environment. - Demonstrated experience with ADDIE and adult learning theory - Experienced with Articulate Storyline (any version), Camtasia, and Snagit. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus. - Comfortable in an agile and unpredictable environment. - BS/BA in communication, education, design, or related field (or a technical field).
