About the Job : The Network Engineer I supports the organization's network infrastructure by monitoring performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining network devices, and assisting with branch office support. This role serves as an initial point of contact for network incidents, works with service providers and senior engineers to resolve issues, and maintains network documentation and asset records.
The ideal candidate possesses foundational networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a desire to grow into more advanced network engineering responsibilities. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, along with industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, or CCNA, is highly desirable.
