What We Need

The New Grad - Onsite Project Manager supports the successful delivery of large-scale warehouse automation and robotics deployments at customer sites. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate project activities, track deliverables, manage priorities, and support execution throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in project management, operations, engineering, supply chain, or industrial automation. You'll gain hands-on experience working on complex customer deployments while developing the skills needed to lead large-scale projects.

Remote, travel-based position with up to 75% travel. Candidates must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones.

We oversee projects from planning through customer acceptance, partnering with technical teams, customers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Our team creates alignment across functional groups, drives accountability, and helps deliver exceptional results for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Support the execution of large-scale customer deployment projects.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Track project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings, capturing key decisions and communicating follow-up actions.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Support site readiness efforts, including logistics planning, resource coordination, and execution tracking.
• Analyze project data and metrics to support project planning and decision-making.
• Help drive accountability and communication across project stakeholders.
• Develop the skills and experience necessary to take ownership of increasingly complex project responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field .
• Internship, co-op, academic project, leadership, or relevant work experience demonstrating project coordination, problem-solving, or operational execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
• Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Interest in building a career in project management, operations, construction, robotics, automation, or large-scale system deployment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and work on customer sites.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
