    Job Description

    The MBA Business Intelligence Intern will provide support to the Marketing department by assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in retrieving and aggregating data from various sources and compiling into a digestible meaningful format
    • Help design, develop, and implement automated processes for data extraction, processing, and analysis
    • Propose and implement business metrics – working with SAP and SalesForce teams to craft and develop the data infrastructure to support business growth and learn about clinical/sales opportunities for improvement
    • Perform deep dives in large data sets to find opportunities, variances, or key indicators in the business
    • Support in the coordination of new product rollout projects by the Product Managers.
    • Perform related duties as assigned.

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
    • Solid computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Power BI, Tableau and Get & Transform
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Solid analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
    • Strong organization skills and good attention to detail
    • Self-directed individual, with excellent follow through
    • Ability to work well within a team environment

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently enrolled in a current MBA Program with concentration in Marketing, Business Management, or Technology with a 3.0 GPA or better
    • Prior related work experience preferred, but not required

    TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

    Training relative to Company requirements and procedures and individual job duties will be provided as outlined on the Training Requirements form. A training file containing documentation of all training received is maintained for each employee.
