We are seeking an Indirect Loan Processor, who will report to the Indirect Loan/Lease Processing Supervisor. The Indirect Loan Processor is responsible for the verification and funding of dealer finance contracts.  This position processes indirect dealer loans from application through payoff.  This position also works closely with dealer network regarding applications and contracts to facilitate funding.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday – Friday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, plus one Saturday per month (8:45 – 5:15) with corresponding time off during the week

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contacts dealers regarding missing or invalid documents and follows up to ensure all loan documents are received, complete and error free.
2. Verifies, funds, books and maintains indirect dealer loans from application through payoff, working within a deadline of 15 days to complete files.
3. Enters member information and new loan data into Landmark’s data processing software.
4. Routinely files important and confidential loan documents.
5. Answers phone calls from dealers and members while providing professional answers to their inquiries.
6. May be cross-trained on the Dealer Reserve System or Landmark

Required Skills Required Experience

1. Must have graduated from high school or equivalent.
2. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
3. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
4. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
