Overview
The Outreach Coordinator works with the Director of Outreach to serve the congregation by supporting Outreach, including serving as the liaison to Cares Ministries and partners, coordinating volunteers, providing organizational support, and remaining aligned with the mission and values of WCPC.
Key Responsibilities-
Additional outreach-related responsibilities may be assigned as ministry needs develop.
Volunteer and Appointment Schedule Management
Provide leadership and direction to the Care Cottage Volunteers
Onboard and train new volunteers
Keep accurate records of volunteer documentation
Maintain Planning Center Services Schedule

Lead CARE-a-Van as a backup to Devona up to once annually

Oversee Cottage Cleanliness and Facility Maintenance

Works with: Devona Brazier, Director of Outreach, Care Cottage Volunteers
Attends: Monthly Cottage Leadership Meeting, weekly one-on-one with Devona
Supervises: no one at this time
Reports to: Devona Brazier
Hours: Part-time (Up to 12 to 15 hrs)
Schedule:
Weekly in person: Mo 9:00-12:00 | Tu 9:00-12:00
Once per month in person: We 9:00 | Th 1:00-3:00 | Fri 9:00-12:00 | Su 8:30-12:30
Quarterly: Sa 8:00-1:30
