Outsource is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist with at least three years of experience for a great opportunity in Santa Clara. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. The position will help support a busy Electrical Contractor's fast paced office. Experience working in a service or construction related industry a plus.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job :

• Issue, process, maintain, and invoice service work orders
• Project billings, invoicing, customer billing applications, conditional waivers, release forms.
• Follow-up with service technicians for any pending service work orders
• Set-up, maintenance, and quarterly billing of monitoring accounts (+300 accounts)
• Collections for monitoring accounts
• Support accounting and miscellaneous office filing for all departments
• Create A/R reports for managers.
• Maintain A/R records and files.
• Research A/R related issues
• Assume ownership of other miscellaneous accounting and administrative responsibilities, as needed

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications :

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• At least three years of A/R experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
