Outsource is currently looking for a SERVICE COORDINATOR with at least two years of experience for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity in Bothell. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. The position will help support a busy Low Voltage Contractor's fast paced office. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SERVICE OR CONSTRUCTION RELATED INDUSTRY. Telecommunications/Low Voltage experience is a plus! THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE.

SERVICE COORDINATOR JOB:

• Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
• Answer phones and provide customer service to clients.
• Set up new clients in QuickBooks.
• Create status reports and work orders for clients and the field based service team.
• Scheduling field technicians.
• Order materials and create purchase orders. Track all shipments and inventory.
• Request and manage permits.

SERVICE COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of Project/Service Support/Dispatching experience in a SERVICE and/or CONSTRUCTION related industry. Low Voltage industry experience preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with various computer applications.
• Microsoft Office experience including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Great typing/data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced office.
• Willingness to provide varied support to the Department.
