Global Sourcing Intern assignments are in either a business group sourcing organizations (Roofing and Asphalt, Insulation, or Composites Solutions) or in one of the center-led, Corporate organizations (Global Energy, Capital Delivery, Indirect Services and MRO, Commodity sourcing, Transportation or Global Real Estate.) Interns have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, including negotiation skills, financial acumen, accounting and business knowledge, as well as SAP experience, all while getting involved in significant projects that aid in enhancing interns business, technical and analytical skills. Global Sourcing Interns are the primary source of candidates for Owens Cornings Sourcing Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotational leadership development program.
