Job Description PCI is seeking an energetic, dependable and motivated Project Engineer for itsrsquo; Los Angeles Interior operations based in Anaheim, CA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: * Conduct safety meetings * Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program * Prepare RFIrsquo;s and submittals * A clear understanding of PCIrsquo;s building systems and how they relate to the building process * Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials and price change orders * Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen * Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance * Coordinate warranties * Order materials * Material coordination with purchase orders, invoicing and field communications * Support the job cost control measures through monthly financial analysis on assigned projects * Support the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan Equal Opportunity Employer Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering and construction management * Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, related field or comparable work experience * Experience with commercial drywall and finishes a plus * A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings for PCIrsquo;s scopes of work * Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel amp; Microsoft Word * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work in team environment * Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative * Works well under pressure and deadline * Able to work with customers, building strong relationships Benefits Performance Contracting Group has developed one of the most attractive and lucrative compensation systems within the construction industry.
