    Job Overview

    Position duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Team Lead for a small Portfolio Management group
    • Manage IT Acquisitions for the site
    • Advising branch leadership on development and execution of budget
    • Evaluating current and emerging technologies by considering factors such as cost, compatibility and usability
    • Consulting with customers and subject-matter experts to identify, refine, and document functional requirements
    • Conducting feasibility studies and analysis of alternatives for proposed solutions
    • Conducting business process reengineering to ensure delivered products and services are able to meet customer needs

    • Regular travel (~20%) will be required for the position

    Required Qualifications

    • United States Citizenship
    • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
    • Must have one year of experience at the DR/DO-02 (or equivalent) grade level
    • For 1550 applicants - Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus.
    • All academic degrees and course work must be from an accredited or pre-accredited institution.
    • For 2210 applicants - Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
    • All academic degrees and course work must be from an accredited or pre-accredited institution OR IT-related experience demonstrating attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving.
