    POSITION OVERVIEW

    This position is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the regulatory compliance program Hornor, Townsend & Kent, LLC.  The individual will be responsible for assisting Compliance personnel with various compliance projects. This will be an excellent opportunity to “learn the ropes” through a broad based exposure to various compliance functions and gain invaluable experience working in a high tempo, values-oriented team culture.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Assist Compliance personnel in the review & updating of existing procedures
    • Complete critical Compliance projects
    • Data management
    • Report generation
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Skills

    • Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power Point
    • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
    • Ability to learn new skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to analyze and update existing procedures
    • Excellent research and data analysis skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, assignments in a changing environment with competing priorities

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION/LICENSES/PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS 

    • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or Economics
    • Familiarity with general business operational processes
