JOB SUMMARY
PART TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-2PM
The primary duty of this position is the breaking down and preparation of all incoming repair, return, & outsource shipments to attain an optimized and streamlined process of receiving. This duty will be carried out by way of the following:

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical school or equivalent preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Reaching/lifting, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
Frequent walking, hand truck and/or pallet jack use
Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
Constant moving of pallets and/or bins
Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds and continuous lifting of up
to 10 pounds

WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position. Part-time employees are required to work their assigned shift of 10am to 2pm.
Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a plant and inventory setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a plant and inventory setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe hard-soled shoes must be worn. Safety shoes are recommended. Company provided hard hats must be worn in certain areas. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
