    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

    This position requires a technical, creative and entrepreneurial person who is interested in expanding their knowledge of industrial electronic equipment, sales and marketing. You will be expected to learn and set adaptive price models based on the industrial electronic and MRO markets while considering Radwell’s unique inventory. The role is responsible for; research of industrial parts and components, technical data entry, price modeling and technical sales consultation.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research range of industrial electronic parts and components
    • Update product information, technical details, keywords and content
    • Use various pricing methods to evaluate and set item price models (Laws of Supply and Demand, Product Cost, Processing Cost, Radwell product sales, Radwell Business Model, Competitive Pricing, Etc..)
    • Manage technical sales opportunities for all product; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales
    • May be modified from time to time; Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
    • Correspond with customers via phone and e-mail, responding to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner

    METRICS

    • X Number of Product information, technical details and approval updates
    • X Number of Product price models set
    • Evaluation of Information’s effect on generating/helping sales
    • Profitability of pricing

    **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **

    • Technical and engineering understanding of a wide range of industrial electronic parts and components used in industrial automation (included but not limited to Pneumatic, Motion, Electronic, Hydraulic, HVAC and Electrical Control Equipment)
    • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, engineer, reverse engineer a wide range of industrial products
    • Knowledge of production concepts in a light manufacturing service environment
    • Ability to read instructions and specifications
    • Experience in design, repair and analysis of electronic systems
    • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work at fast pace
    • Ability to work independently and problem solve
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or extensive equivalent experience with appropriate engineering concentration in industrial products and equipment.
    • Technical or Industrial product knowledge or training
    • Sales and/or Marketing Experience

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    This is a combination office/shop floor job, but one that may requires hands on work. The physical demands of the office component entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, and mouse). The hands on components entail occasional lifting or physical demands associated with production and related processes.
