Apprentice Lineman / Various Field positions Apprentice Lineman / Various Field positions Job Overview: Seeking skilled trade applicants to fulfill various roles in the field. Positions include: Experienced Apprentice Lineman , Heavy Equipment Operators, Substation Technicians, and Laborers/Groundsman (with concrete experience). Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: * Perform duties relating to appropriate role with a strong Safety Always mindset. * Must be able to travel to job site or rally point for each assigned project. Apprentice Lineman * Must provide your own tools and gear. * Must be able to safely perform tasks associated with high voltage electrical lines. * Must show proof of Lineman certification or completion of lineman school and any previous apprenticeship hours. * Maintenance - include routine inspections, modification, installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and facilities. * Construction and Installation - demonstrate climbing techniques and procedures, care and inspection of transmission structure hardware, tools, gear and various equipment, construction and installation of poles and various components. * Skills including digging, guying of pole structures, maintenance procedures, conductor handling/ rigging and splicing, tower erection and more. Substation Technicians: * Must provide your own tools and gear. * Must be able to safely perform tasks associated with high voltage electrical lines. * Perform tasks related to construction, installation, maintenance and repair of high voltage power system electrical equipment. * Run diagnostics on electrical panels and equipment. * Perform inspections and troubleshoot electrical equipment and facilities. * Install wiring, conduits, breakers etc. within Substation Heavy Equipment Operators * Safely operate various pieces of equipment * Proper knowledge and handling of various equipment * Maintaining and inspecting equipment prior to each use * Mobilization and Demobilization

• ability to load/unload, secure and set-up/tear down various equipment Laborers / Groundsman * Safety provide support to crew team members through various tasks * Assist in keeping equipment, tools and materials organized are accounted for * Experience working in Civil works or concrete preferred Basic Qualifications: Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. Preferred applicants are those with a CDL- Class A driving license (and additional endorsements). Travel to various job site locations is required and may warrant overnight stays for long or short periods of time.
