    Job Description

    We’re looking for a HEAD OF GROWTH- INSURANCE MARKETING, to join as a key founding hire for Procore’s new insurance team. In this role, you’ll own everything from demand generation to brand messaging and play a pivotal role in building this new business unit from zero to one. You’ll be an outbound and marketing expert who develops positioning, messaging, content, and competitive differentiation while defining the target buyer personas. You will also consistently deliver revenue-focused go-to-market strategies and launch plans that drive awareness and growth.

     WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Build a communications strategy and compelling messaging framework to drive awareness and consideration for new insurance products targeted at Procore’s current user base of hundreds of thousands of contractors, establishing Procore Insurance  as an authority in the market
    • Understand the business and marketing priorities, and translate that into an overall demand gen strategy, including digital and non-digital, with an end goal of creating highly qualified sales leads 
    • Set clear growth objectives and goals, track and manage demand generation performance, and make data-informed decisions related to ongoing optimizations
    • Be an evangelist for the new strategy within the company, helping everyone understand critical positioning and messages, working closely with clients and users alike
    • Build and manage a team of demand gen specialists (including BDRs)

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • A growth mindset paired with a willingness to test new ideas, challenge the usual routine, and stay on top of trends and technologies in the marketing space
    • 7+ years of marketing experience creating high-growth marketing programs in a B2B, FinTech, or InsurTech environment
    • Prior experience with insurance marketing, advertising, and anti-rebate regulations is a plus
    • Strong portfolio of proven success defining, creating, and executing demand gen campaigns 
    • Creative and enthusiastic problem solver who possesses the ability to lead with authority and influence
    • A data-driven marketer who leans heavily on KPIs and analysis to identify their next best action
    • Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships
    • Clear and precise communication skills, verbal and written
    • Expert with sales and marketing tools such as Outreach.io, Salesforce, etc.
