Job Description
We’re looking for a GTM STRATEGY MANAGER to join Procore’s Revenue Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own the co-development and execution of revenue growth strategies in existing and new markets. You will own coordinating and orchestrating the US go-to-market process across the various functions in revenue (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations). This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with GTM Leadership to guide the revenue growth strategy in the US.
This position reports into the Head of GTM Strategy and will be based remotely or in one of our offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage the holistic US GTM process by coordinating and orchestrating large cross-functional groups across Product, Product Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Revenue Operations
Develop recommendations and execution plans for optimizing go-to-market performance
Own ongoing execution plans to drive revenue growth in US markets
Interpret key performance metrics and craft plans to address areas of weakness, providing recommendations for strategic decision making
Lead design and execution of GTM strategic initiatives
Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree and MBA are highly desirable
Experience in B2B enterprise software / SaaS revenue process
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects
Expertise in translating strategy to execution
Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships across different stakeholders
Sophisticated quantitative aptitude and problem-solving capabilities; ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects, and a commitment to improvement
Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences
