    Job Description

    Procore is looking for a creative, collaborative, and data-oriented CHANNEL PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER - ENGAGEMENT to support our global GTM initiatives - from development to execution. You will work closely with the RTM owners, cross functional marketing team, partner sales, partners, and external agencies to conceptualize, deliver, and report/analyze effective go-to-market communications, demand generation campaigns, resources and assets designed to optimize engagement between Procore and its partner ecosystem.   

    This role will further propose targeted tactics to increase, pipeline, sales and awareness within the channel community by supporting and leveraging other channel efforts or sales generating programs.  Partner marketing at Procore focuses on driving pipeline, revenue, channel relationship optimization, and relevancy for both Procore and our partners.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Develop, plan, and manage scalable marketing engagement activities with ISV and or Reseller Partner RTMs
    • Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives developed by ISV and or Reseller Partner RTMs (Routes to Market)
    • Create and manage content, as needed, to support partner go-to- market activities across enablement, communications (digital, social, content syndication), broad-based programs, and demand generation
    • Develop and support partner marketing tools and systems to ensure that partner engagement activities meet marketing objectives and optimize "partner experience"
    • Evaluate, track, and report on the marketing engagement performance of partners and recommend improvements
    • Manage cross functional relationships with partner focused roles and accountability at Procore in order to optimize the partner engagement/experience across the complete channel GTM journey
    • UP TO 25% DOMESTIC TRAVEL

     

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Minimum 8+ years experience in partner marketing, demand generation or account-based marketing role within the B2B industry
    • Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail and execution
    • Analytical capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
    • Must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment 
    • Highly organized
    • Proficiency in deploying, managing and reporting (eg. Tableau) campaigns via a marketing automation platform (eg. Structured Web, Marketo, SFDC Pardot, etc)
    • Must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects and partners and escalations 
    • Must be able to work with and influence sales organizations
    • Understanding of partner ecosystems
    • Experience marketing in the high technology industry   
    • Responsible for the achievement of partner marketing & sales objectives
