    Job Description

    Procore is looking for a Sales Coach to provide frontline coaching and assistance to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. In this role, you’ll coach SDRs across selling, product, industry, and tech/efficiency competencies. You’ll serve as a mentor and culture champion, setting a strong example for our team. To be a successful Sales Coach, you’ll leverage your understanding of basic SDR SaaS and business metrics to drive performance.

    This position will report to a Manager, Sales Development, and has the opportunity to be based in Tampa, FL. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

    What you'll do:

    • Answer team questions related to Procore’s product, industry, and sales process; and act as liaison when leadership is not immediately available

    • Work diligently to understand our business functions and needs of the business

    • Functional expert on all tools utilized by the SDR organization

    • Conduct weekly, documented call coaching and role-play sessions with an assigned team and lower-attaining reps

    • Assist in onboarding training and continued development of new team members

    • Help both the SDR team and SDR Manager forecast team attainment and monitor leading performance indicators such as call volume, demo count, show rate, DQ

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years of experience in either an Account Executive role or a Sales Development role with strong knowledge and competency of prospecting and discovery skills

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles

    • Previous experience with mentorship or documented coaching experience including call coaching & skills practice

    • Proven technical aptitude and proficiency with tech stack ( i.e Chorus, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, Ambition, Google or Microsoft applications, etc.)

    • Deep knowledge and understanding of sales methodologies and best practices

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Results driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

    To REALLY stand out, you have experience in:

    • Enablement experience or knowledge of training/coaching methodologies

    • Ability to analyze performance data and suggest or implement targeted coaching strategies

    • Construction tech or SaaS experience, specifically sales

    • Construction industry experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

  • Qualifications

    Additional Information

    Base Pay Range $30-$37 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $88,560-$110,700. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
