    Job Description

    Procore is currently seeking a VP of Sales, Specialty Contractors , to join our Sales team. This position requires a deep understanding of Procore's products, sales methodologies, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base to manage the mid-market, majors, and enterprise teams. The main focus will be on identifying companies that can benefit from Procore's exceptional project management tools for the construction industry. As the executive leader for Specialty Contractor sales, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders in Revenue, Finance, Operations, Product, and Strategy to establish practices that are globally consistent and locally relevant. Everything you do--and everything you show the world--will continue to foster the strong customer relationships we are known for.

    This position reports to our Head of Regional Sales for North America and will be based remotely with travel to our Carpinteria and Austin offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives

    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching

    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders

    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats
      Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, revenue, and enablement, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals

    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Head of Region and executive team

    • Continuously improve sales processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness

    What we’re looking for:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
    • 10+ years of increasing sales leadership responsibility managing direct and indirect revenue
    • Experience creating, building, scaling, and leading a strategic sales function within a complex and diverse SaaS company
    • Experience successfully operating within a high-growth SaaS org with that has grown beyond $500 million in revenue
    • Influential thinker, communicator, and SaaS revenue thought leader who gains acceptance of others in sensitive situations across all channels, mediums, and cultures
    • Exemplary communication and presentation skills inside and outside of Procore
    • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, and honesty in your leadership style
    • Experience leading in a multicultural environment
  • Qualifications

    Additional Information

    Base Pay Range $211,000-$290,125 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $422,000-$580,250. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
