    Job Description

    We’re looking for INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN MANAGER, to join Procore’s REVENUE ENABLEMENT group. In this role, you will own our Revenue education design practice and manage a team of Instructional Designers. Your goal is to develop enablement strategies and offerings for scale and to facilitate partnerships with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Support, and Global Partner Alliances in an effort to support and scale enablement initiatives.

    As an INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN MANAGER, REVENUE ENABLEMENT, you’ll partner closely with the Revenue Enablement team, ROSE, and Revenue stakeholders to determine project priority and instructional design team involvement. You will also use your knowledge in adult learning theory, creativity, analytics, and customer-obsessed mindset to drive innovation strategies and programs that power Revenue education programs and teams.

    This position reports into Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement and will be based remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

    • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing instructional design team focused on enabling Revenue teams

    • Identify, prioritize, and resolve operational barriers and challenges to improve team effectiveness and decrease project timelines

    • Partner closely with the Revenue Enablement team, ROSE, and Revenue stakeholders to determine project priority and instructional design team involvement

    • Determine and negotiate tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope in order to deliver on projects

    • Ideate and experiment to offer groundbreaking, innovative, best-in-class training

    • Manage complex relationships with global stakeholders in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact

    • Maintain and develop scalable course templates, models, standards, and procedures

    • Elevate instructional design team impact to leadership and all Revenue stakeholders

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

    • 5+ years of work experience with solid career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing e-learning solutions for large organizations

    • 2+ years of experience leading Instructional Design or related teams in a high growth environment

    • First-hand experience with adult learning strategies, design thinking, content development, and curriculum design; working in an integrated fashion with multi-functional teams is also key

    • Excellent written communication skills, with a particular knack for distilling complex things into approachable ones; self-starter capabilities with a willingness to get your hands dirty and execute alongside your team

    • Experience managing and optimizing learning content, including content roadmaps, effectiveness metrics, and certification program development

    • Experience with digital adoption platforms (MindTickle, Guru Highspot, etc.)

    • Data-driven, analytical problem solver and prioritizer

    • Experience in implementing and owning Educational platforms such as Webinar platforms, LMS tools, Certification platforms, and Gamification software

    • Demonstrated proficiency using video editing technologies such as Articulate, RISE 360

    • Strong project management skills to get cross-functional initiatives off the ground and keep them moving forward
