Job Description
We’re looking for a MANAGER, EXECUTIVE BRIEFING AND PROGRAMS to join Procore’s growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and results for our briefing and executive experience programs.
As a MANAGER, EXECUTIVE BRIEFINGS AND PROGRAMS, you’ll collaborate with account teams and leaders across the entire organization to develop briefings, events, and programs built for customers and prospective customer Executives. You’ll partner directly with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate virtual and in-person engagement between Procore leadership and top accounts that maximizes relationship building and pipeline acceleration. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who has the knowledge of how to create a white-glove experience, an eye for detail, adaptability to change, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
This role will report to our Senior Manager, Field Marketing and Executive Experiences, and will manage a small but mighty team of Briefing and Event Experience managers. We are looking for a candidate based in the Austin, Texas area.
This role will have the opportunity to sit out of our Austin, TX office or remotely in Austin, TX. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and expand 2 unique programs - the Executive Briefing Program (APEX) and Executive Experience Program
Own the overall success of the Executive Experience team which includes 2 employees who plan and execute these programs
Open our first briefing center in Austin TX in late summer
Oversee the Executive Experience Program which includes the strategy, development, execution, and optimization for strategic events that target executives at Procore’s top enterprise accounts. These events include, but are not limited to, Culture Academy, Customer Advisory Boards, Groundbreak Executive Forum, and Chairman’s Dinner.
Work with Field Operations to educate account teams and leadership on the power of these programs, their capabilities, and how to leverage them properly.
Partner with Product Marketing and Procore Leadership to develop new content and offerings to expand these programs
Align with Customer Marketing to ensure the programs align and support our overall Customer lifecycle journey
Develop a deep alignment with the Enterprise business and US Enterprise Sales and Customers Success teams and leaders to align on target accounts for each program
Build strategic relationships with our key accounts and target executives
This is a player/coach role. While this role will be managing the program, they will also be responsible for supporting briefings and planning events. As these programs are still in their inception, this role will need to stay close to the planning, execution and follow-up needed to make them extremely successful.
Standardize best practices for both programs, develop and maintain reporting for leadership
Develop quarterly OKRs in line with overall marketing goals. Track metrics weekly and report on marketing contributions to pipeline and acceleration. Analyze performance and make adjustments to plans
UP TO 25% DOMESTIC TRAVEL TO APEX, EXECUTIVE EVENTS, AND INTERNAL MEETINGS - THESE PROGRAMS ARE PRIMARILY HELD IN AUSTIN, TX, AND SANTA BARBARA, CA.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of experience working in Executive Briefing Centers or other executive programs, 2+ years in a SaaS company
Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders
Experience managing and coaching a detailed team supporting executive-level programs
Ability to communicate effectively via presentation, written, and spoken channels
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative nature, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, product and leadership teams
Analytic, pragmatic, and action-oriented, with a proven track record of being a creative, strategic, problem solver
Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of and continually optimize marketing plans
Excellent communicator and coalition builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company.
Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and event management software; user experience preferred
