Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Designers, Product Management, and Engineering, to identify user needs, pain points, behaviors, goals, and solutions through gathering and analyzing user feedback
Partner with in-house Product research experts to conduct generative research and usability tests with Procore users
Build products using the patterns, content, and solutions within our Design System

Good communication skills with ability to present designs and articulate design decisions
Ability to design as a team, exploring and promoting new ideas, especially those that aren’t your own
