Job Description

Levelset is expanding our Customer Success team! We're looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to help us with customer training and onboarding. You will manage a portfolio of new customers and help them progress through the onboarding and implementation phase to 'go live’ on the Levelset platform. Your goal is to decrease time-to-value for our rapidly growing customer base and drive adoption of our product. As the first touch point in a customer’s experience after purchasing Levelset, you will be critically important in delivering an initial experience that WOWs and setting up customers for long-term success with Levelset.

This role reports to the Implementation Services Manager, and is based in New Orleans, LA. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct training sessions on Levelset’s product, Levelset’s methodology, and industry best practices. Customer training is held via telephone, screen-share services, low touch email workflows, or rare but occasional face to face communication.

• Manage a portfolio of Mid Market and Enterprise customers during their onboarding stage

• Create new training content in the form of written training guides, live training webinars, recorded training videos, and knowledge base help articles

• Work closely with customer success managers to provide account notes and as-needed support to retain and grow customers

• Help customers set up basic integrations between Levelset and other systems

• Understand the customer’s data -- jobs, contacts, financial data -- and how it syncs with Levelset’s product offerings

• Work closely with the small but mighty Education Experts team to innovate on and scale our current processes

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $67,320 - $92,565 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $79,200 - $108,900. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
