Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
• Participate in quality audits and assist in training staff on quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a quality control or assurance role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

Salary info:

$18 - $20 / hr
