    The Role:

    Our Customer Service Specialist will oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. Additionally, they will manage orders and coordinate stock materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed to fulfill our customers' requests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule outbound and inbound shipments.
    • Provide input and complete freight bills.
    • Assist with communications with carriers when issues arise.
    • Make recommendations regarding transportation, routing, and carrier selection, and assist in meeting customer requirements.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • At least one year of working experience in a Customer Support role; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
    • Proven working experience with clear and accurate written documentation.
    • Proven working experience communicating with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external customers.
    • Proven working experience with fulfilling on-time delivery requests and correct order fill rates.
    • Proven working experience with fulfilling production conditions.
  • Qualifications
    • Ability to use analytical methods in underwriting processes to find workable solutions.
    • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external contacts on underwriting matters.
    • Ability to perform basic tasks of the underwriting process.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with employees on underwriting matters.
    • Ability to work both under supervision and independently.
    • Ability to travel, including overnight business travel.
