    Chromalox Inc is a $220 million international electric thermal solutions business with an ambition to double in size over the next 5 years through organic and acquisitive growth. Recently acquired by the Global Spirax Sarco Engineering Group ($1.5B Annual Revenue/ $8B Market Cap), Chromalox is transforming it’s business model from selling electric heating products to providing advanced thermal solutions while integrating with another Spirax Sarco acquisition of Thermocoax, a France-based thermal electric heating business. These business actions require transformational change of the organization in terms of sales talent capability, organizational culture, and sales results.

    The Recruiter position is responsible for ensuring our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. The position attracts candidates using various sources, like social media networks, employee referrals and other creative applicant sourcing techniques. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

    Required Skills

    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • MS suite: expert level skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
    • Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems.
    • Social media skills, experience, and innovation

    Required Experience

    • BS/MS in Human Resources Management
    • 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience working in manufacturing and global organization
