The Role:
Under the supervision of the Field Service Manager, provides a role as a Field Service Technician, promoting the Chromalox brand, providing Field Service support.
As the Field Service Technician, you will Travel to customer sites, providing equipment checkout, start-up, and troubleshooting of heater and control panel equipment, including heating cable. Additionally, you will perform electrical and mechanical checks on heating equipment.
This is a cross-functional role where you will partner heavily with our customers while communicating with our engineering, purchasing, and vendors when replacement parts are required.
This position is a remote position with travel to Customer Sites and all Chromalox North American Manufacturing Plants.

• Significant experience handling complex bodily injury and property damage claims with significant exposure under both GL and excess policies. A focus on U.S. western states/region a plus. • Ideal candidate will have superior working knowledge of case law, statutes, and procedures impacting the handling and value of claims. • Proactive investigation, risk transfer, claim handling, attorney management, and claims resolution are essential. • Superior writing and communication skills to work effectively with insureds, claimants, underwriters, and upper management.
