    ArcWorks is a world-class contract manufacturer with 85,000 square feet of manufacturing space providing a wide variety of services including: Class 7 clean rooms, electromechanical assembly, kitting, and packaging.

    The Inventory Clerk supports ArcWorks goals of high quality, on-time delivery of products by ensuring inventory accuracy through monitoring and utilizing the system processes.  Ensures compliance with quality standards through the implementation and coordination of the inventory process by utilizing identified ISO quality system procedures in a warehouse setting.

    Required Skills

    • Ensures data entry for all transactions are accurate and performed in timely manner (receiving, kitting, shipping, returns etc.)
    • Performs physical cycle counts and physical inventory of customer supplied products
    • Facilitates the effective shipping of packages by preparing the package for shipment by arranging for pickup, collecting paperwork, preparing labels, packing list and other required documents
    • Assists with unloading of truck, receives and inspects all incoming shipments. Notifies delivery personnel of any apparent shipping damage and proceeds accordingly. Reviews incoming packing lists and logs. Enters received goods into system in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for daily safety and maintenance checks of material handling equipment per ISO documentation.

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Three years' experience  in inventory control management, preferably in manufacturing and/or production setting
    • Must possess or obtain and maintain up-to-date Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) /Forklift Trainer certification.
    • Valid NYS Driver's License
    • Must possess or obtain and maintain up-to-date Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) /Forklift Trainer certification
