    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    Responsible for Radwell Quality Assurance on all Inbound Receiving Departments (Distro, Surplus, and Repair) and Outbound Departments (Fulfillment, Order Close, and Shipping). Work with Radwell management to analyze and solve complex cross-functional problems in support of Radwell’s strategic direction and assist with any training related to QA solutions for these areas. Coordinate resources, analyze processes, and track QA progress through project and process documentation, and provide QA communications updates to VP or QA, Senior Team and Engineering. Resolve project and process management challenges ensuring the operational effectiveness and excellence of Radwell quality and operations. Support ISO Quality Objectives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and may be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Audit and review all Inbound Receiving Departments for Quality processes and controls through direct interaction with individual personnel on a rotational basis.
    • Audit and review all Outbound Fulfillment, Order Closing, and Shipping Departments for Quality processes and controls through direct interaction with individual personnel on a rotational basis.
    • Work with stakeholders and departments across all business units to define Quality processes for Radwell corporate initiatives as they relate to process analysis, changes, or efficiency improvements.
    • Develop methods to monitor process improvement; and resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or processes as they relate to Quality functional areas.
    • Conduct process meetings with the intent to meet with appropriate personnel to review and develop project deliverables, process metrics, and final process documentation.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities in various processes/departments.
    • Review and/or analyze detailed documentation of Quality processes (e.g., workflow diagrams, functional specifications, polices/procedures, and technical requirements as needed).
    • Demonstrate a high-level understanding of all Radwell International Quality operational functions, systems/applications, and Inbound Receiving processes (i.e., Distribution, Surplus, and Repair) and Outbound processes (i.e., Fulfillment, Order Close, and Shipping departments).
    • Deliver high quality services, ensure process issues are identified, reported, and resolved in a timely manner. Communicate changing needs to Global Leaders and department Managers.
    • Spot check and sample items for Quality consistency.
    • Identify potential non-compliant items for quarantine.
    • Assist with monitoring of outbound Box Audits.
    • Assist with identification of RIDL documentation updates.
    • Identify automation needs that may require IT development or assistance.
    • Management of Quality Assurance systems as they relate to ISO business process management systems.
    • Identify and document inaccuracies based on all Receiving, Fulfillment, Order Close, and Shipping Process controls and determine fixes including:
      • Issuance of MRS Training and Incident as first levels of awareness
      • Send Review RIDL Document Requests
      • Issuance of MRS Responsibility Reminders (RRs) on inaccurate processes as patterns develop and are identified
    • Document and present findings to VP of QA and Quality Manager North America as weekly recaps, and quarterly reports.
    • Travel to each US and CA location annually for all QA process review and audits.
    • Other tasks may also be required occasionally, at the discretion of management, in order to achieve department and company objectives.

    METRICS

    Quality Assurance Coordinators are expected to conduct process and project analysis, identify process corrective needs, and monitor/analyze processes for continued improvement. They will be measured on the quality of their work and on how effectively they accomplished their tasks when compared to the outlined quarterly review objectives.

    • Complete quarterly review for each department (Distribution Receiving, Surplus Receiving, Repair Receiving, Fulfillment, Order Close, Shipping)
    • Complete US/CA site review for each process function once a year
    • Weekly recap to Quality Manager North America
    • Quarterly review with data/metrics quarterly for VP of QA and Quality Manager North America

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.
