Job Description The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with our Sales Team to ensure consistent follow-up with our homeowner leads, which drives appointments for our sales team and ultimately, contracts to purchase homes. Responsibilities: Primary functions to include • Appointment setting through the Company’s CRM • Approximately 100 Outbound dials/shift to Homeowners within our CRM to engage in a quality conversation and gauge readiness to set sales appointments • Active outreach to local real estate professionals to build referrals • Learn and memorize the Company's sales scripts and frameworks Qualifications: Minimum Requirements • Excellent grasp of written and verbal communication • Must be hungry to find the next deal and possess a “hunter” mentality • Must be a growth-oriented individual looking for a long-term career within our organization • Strong team player with the ability to work seamlessly and positively with the True Homes Team, must be an excellent culture fit for our team and culture • 7+ years of professional work experience • 5+ years of previous relationship sales or business development experience • This is not an entry-level position - only seasoned sales professionals will be considered • This is a 9-5 pm role that is open to qualified remote candidates Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly plus commission
