No selling required, you are simply signing people up for free in-home estimates at various home shows, fairs, festivals, retail locations & events.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote the highest rated windows and doors in the business.

• No selling required, you are simply signing people up for free in-home estimates at various home shows, fairs, festivals, retail locations & events.

• Operate out of a Renewal by Andersen booth at various retail locations and event spaces.

• Engage with a wide variety of audiences while serving as a brand ambassador for the company.

• You are passionate about Renewal by Andersen and our products! You use a consultative approach to selling, by helping customers understand what Renewal by Andersen can do to create a more beautiful and energy efficient home.

Position Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation – position requires 30-35 miles of travel, mileage reimbursement after 50 miles.

• Proficiency with a laptop, iPad, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to follow a proven process and adapt to customers’ needs.

• Availability to work weekends when most of our customers are out shopping, Wednesday-Sunday or Wednesday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday
