CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE for Renewal by Andersen, is growing their inside sales / call center team! We need qualified agents to help close the sale! This position will be working with both potential and current customers – scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and providing excellent customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

You will make outbound calls to interested homeowners as well as answer incoming calls from motivated homeowners. You will follow a script of questions designed to gather the necessary information to get the homeowner scheduled in timely and accurate manner. We provide the script – and you will get to ask many questions during these conversations in order to understand how we can better serve the homeowner.

• Sets appointments via inbound/outbound calls for the design consulting team
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines
• Handle every prospect, customer and co-worker with exceptional customer service
• Enter data into the system accurately

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON
