ORDERING SPECIALIST

RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN

SALESFORCE.COM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with an Ordering Analyst. This position will play a pivotal role by reviewing our sales contracts All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

●      Utilize our custom version of Salesforce to populate the ordering potential for that day.

●      create purchase orders for window products and populate data accurately in accordance with the tech measure paperwork.

●      Utilize the door ordering program (IQ) and create a purchase order in accordance with tech measurement paperwork

●      If there is a nonstandard product request, tech paperwork must be reviewed and submitted to the corporate team for approval

●      Create purchase orders for bay and bow units and submit to the appropriate vendor (bay world)

●      Upon approval of doors, bays, bows and Nonstandard product REQUESTS, PAPERWORK must be uploaded to the order in salesforce

●      If a request is denied for any product, communication with fellow departments to resolve the issue is required

●      Communication with tech measure representatives in the event there is a discrepancy on product

●      Send daily reports that recap ordering totals for the day, as well as what is pending approval

QUALIFICATIONS:

●      Salesforce experience required

●      Microsoft Office Suite

●      High school diploma or greater

CORE COMPETENCIES:

●      Detail Oriented and strong organization skills

●      Proficient in Microsoft Suite
