Retail brand ambassadors and professional product demonstrators with outstanding stage-presence needed for immediate part-time positions representing our client's consumer electronics products.
The Retail Brand Expert will sell, demonstrate and evangelize the client's consumer electronics products in a retail environment. You will be trained to easily and intelligently engage with consumers on the floor. You will create and strengthen brand recognition of our client's products and also increase the product knowledge and mindshare of retail sales staff.
Advocate and assist in the sale of printer products in retail store, kiosk, and event environments
Train and advise retail staff on the features and benefits of the client products
Travel to one or more stores to promote client printer brand and products
Maintain professional interaction with both retail clients and customers
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
Advise customers by providing information on products
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity
Ensure work area/kiosks/displays are clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times
Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, electronics or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Reliable transportation to arrive on time at and in-between assigned store locations
Must have a smart phone and/or WIFI enabled tablet with the ability to report visits on site at store location
Must be able to commit to retail hours on Saturdays, and Sundays for the duration of the project
