The Opportunity We are looking for Human Resource Interns / Work Study students to work in our office in Salt Lake City, Utah. What the role entails * Assist the HR team with the day-to-day responsibilities and participate in various projects that support the various businesses.

    • Create and maintains documentation supporting HR processes. * Opportunities to test your ideas in large and complex business environment. * Assist the human resources team with data analysis, ad-hoc reporting that drive decision making. * Participate on cross functional project teams to solve critical business needs. * Working in partnership with client groups, both in the field and the office * Manage HR functions, including employee relations, employee health and wellness, industrial safety, as well as issues relating to federal, state, and local employment legislation. * Other HR projects and duties as assigned What you will need for this role To succeed in this role, you will have * Current attendance at a college or university seeking degree in a related field * Dedication to promoting a positive safety culture * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self-starter who isnt afraid to ask questions and network to find information * Collaborative problem solver * Business Acumen and ability to see situations from a variety of angles * Leadership experience and community or volunteer involvement * Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite * Successful completion of applicable internships but not required Internship and Work Study offers are contingent upon successful results from post-offer physical/drug testing and background, reference and check.
