• Set-up the sailboats each day.

• Teach six periods a day to campers aged six to sixteen.

• Lifeguard or supervise counselors at early bird activities once a week* from 7:00-7:45 A.M.

• Lifeguard during General Swim on extremely hot days. General swim is when all campers and counselors come to the waterfront to cool off.

• Accompany your group to indoor activities when Waterfront is canceled due to inclement weather.

• Plan Selective and Hobby Hour Activities specific to boating (i.e. sailing, kayaking, canoeing etc.).

• Minimum requirement—completion of freshman year of college

• American Red Cross Lifeguard certified preferred

• Experience teaching sailing, kayaking or canoeing

• Salary commensurate with experience

COUNSELING IS A CHALLENGING yet extremely rewarding job. From wake-up until bedtime (approximately 14 to 16 hours a day), you will be supervising, teaching, and counseling your campers.
